Section titled “Log in”Do this to start using COHO on a computer, phone or tablet.
Before you start: you need a COHO account. If a colleague has invited you, accept the invite first.
- Go to coho.life and click Log in, or open the COHO app.
- Enter your Email address and Password. Click the eye icon to check what you’ve typed.
- Leave Remember me ticked on your own device. Untick it on a shared computer.
- Click Log in.
What happens next: you land on your organisation’s Dashboard (or back on the page you were trying to open). If you’ve turned on two-factor authentication, COHO asks for a code first: see Log in with two-factor authentication.
Reset your password
Section titled “Reset your password”Do this when you’ve forgotten your password, or COHO says “We didn’t recognise that email and password combination. Please try again.” and you’re sure the email is right.
- On the login page, click I’ve forgotten my password.
- Enter your Email address and click Send email.
- Open the email “Forgotten password code - [code]”. Either:
- type the 5-character Verification code into COHO and click Verify; or
- click Reset your password in the email.
- Enter your new Password (at least 8 characters) and Confirm Password.
- Click Set password.
What happens next: “Your password has been updated”, and you’re logged in. COHO logs you out of every other device, so log in again there with the new password.
Verify your email address
Section titled “Verify your email address”Do this when COHO shows Verify your email: after you register, after you change your email, or when you log in before verifying.
- Open the email “Please confirm your email - [code]” sent to the address shown on the page.
- Type the 5-character Verification code into COHO and click Verify, or click Verify your email in the email.
What happens next: COHO takes you on: to finish setting up your account if you’re new, or to your Dashboard.
If the code hasn’t arrived after a few minutes, check spam or junk, then click Resend Code. Each code works for 15 minutes. If the email shown is wrong, click Different user? Logout and log in with the right account.

Section titled “Accept a team invite”Do this when a colleague has invited you to their organisation in COHO.
Before you start: find the email “You have been invited to join [organisation]”.
