GET {base}{health.path} (default /health). TLS only; not HMAC-signed.
Health is app-scoped, not per connection. COHO probes each app base URL once and applies the result to every connection of that app.

The Store shows healthy / degraded / paused with the latest message. Catalogue listing is not filtered by health.
