- Super Admin review tooling internals (you submit for approval after disclosures; SA approve is COHO-side)
- Partner payout operations beyond the share and remittance pointer in §6 Pricing and payments
- Injecting UI into existing COHO panels (not v1)

If you implement health, setup, disconnect, one trigger, Public API calls, logs, and (for almost all apps) `quickViewPath` plus `frame-ancestors`, you can get most of an app done.
